Present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for
quashing of the orders dated 13.10.1992 and 09.4.1993 passed by
learned IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar in Criminal
Revision No. 273 of 1992 (Jasvender Pal Singh Vs State of U.P.
and another).

List revised. None present to press the present application under
Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is
rejected for want of prosecution. Interim order dated 19.4.1993 is
hereby discharged.
