List revised. Although Sri Gulab Chandra, learned counsel for the
petitioner has sent illness slip, but learned A.G.A. states that in this
case, charge sheet has been submitted.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous
and it is accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands
vacated.

As this order has been passed in absence of counsel for the
petitioner, in case the averment made by learned A.G.A. that the
charge sheet has been submitted is found to be incorrect, it will be
open to the petitioner to move the application for recall of this
order.
