1 Having
considered the submission made by Mr. R.C. Kodekar, learned APP,
for the applicant – State of Gujarat and a perusal of the
impugned judgment and order dated 20.4.2010, rendered in Special ACB
Case No. 74 of 1998, by learned Special Judge & Presiding
Officer, Fast Track Court, Amreli, acquitting the respondent-accused
of the offences under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the
Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, according to us, this is a fit
case to grant Leave to file appeal.

2 Hence,
Leave to file Appeal is granted.

3 This
application stands disposed of accordingly.
