far as petitioner no.1 is cocnerned.

So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, he is granted liberty

to file a separate writ petition as the two have independent distinct

causes of action. Their basic facts and the facts in dispute are also

entirely different.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would bring on record

various documents and communications which have been referred to

in this writ application clearly disclosing the facts leading to termination

of his appointment as Shiksha Mitra.

position.
