In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing the
order dated 30.12.2006 whereby the petitioner was transferred from
Quality Control Division, Ranchi to Waterways Division, Barhi.

There is no order of stay of the said impugned transfer order.
By passage of a long period of time, the matter seems to have
become infructuous and the petitioner does not appear to be interested
in pursuing this case.

This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
