Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Anuj Kumar, learned counsel for
respondent No.5 and learned Standing Counsel.
The claim set up in the present writ petition is that appointment of respondent
no.7 was cancelled and Basic Shiksha Adhikari was directed to hold fresh
selection. A meeting was held and petitioner was at Serial No.1 but in spite of
aforesaid fact, petitioner has not been sent for training and no appointment
was made. To this effect petitioner has already made a representation to
respondent No.2 but same is still pending and has not been decided.
In view of aforesaid fact, this writ petition is being disposed of finally
directing respondent No.2 i.e. District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar to decide
the representation of petitioner by a detailed and reasoned order within a
period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
no order as to costs.
