ordinary process as well as under registered cover

with A/D, for which requisites etc. must be filed

within one week, failing which the appeal against the

concerned respondents shall stand rejected without

further reference to a Bench.

Rule is made returnable within four weeks.

On 29.08.2011 the District Programme

Officer (Establishment) shall produce the record

relating to selection of Panchayat Teacher held on

16.11.2006 for appointment of Panchayat Teacher in

Gram Panchayat, Agahara, P.S.-Marhaura, District-

Saran at Chapra.
