Counter affidavit filed today is taken on record.
From the coutner affidaivt, it is evident that in compliance of the order
of this Court the representation of the petitioner has been decided vide
order dated 15.12.2009.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in
this contempt petition. It is accordingly dismissed. However, it will be
open for the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before
appropriate forum.
