Learned
A.G.P. Mr.Pranav Trivedi states, on instructions from the officer
present in the Court, that the respondent-authorities will withdraw
the demand notice dated 2.8.2007 (Annexure-J) for technical reason,
within a week from today, without prejudice to the right of the
respondent-authorities and reserving right of the
respondent-authorities to initiate a fresh action against the
petitioner for the same cause as if it is initiated on the same date
i.e. 2.8.2007. He further states that the proceedings consequential
to Annexure-J would also be withdrawn.

On
this statement, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission
to withdraw this petition. Right is reserved to parties to approach
this Court in case of difficulty. Permission as prayed for is
granted. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
