Mr. Shishir Jain, leaned Advocate files affidavit of
compliance on behalf of opposite party along with application
for dismissal of the contempt petition is taken on record.
Through the affidavit of compliance he has brought on record
the decision taken on the petitioner’s representation on 9th of
July, 2010 by Managing Director, U.P. State Bridge
Corporation Ltd., Lucknow, upon perusal of which I am
satisfied with the action of opposite party. Petitioner also
feels satisfied with the action taken by the opposite party.
Therefore, I hereby dismiss the contempt petition and
discharge the contempt notice issued to the opposite party.
