The petitioner approached this Court seeking police protection. On
16.10.2009, this Court passed an interim order directing the first respondent
to afford necessary protection to the petitioner. It is submitted that in view
of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in this Writ
Petition. The above submission is recorded. The Writ Petition is, therefore,
disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 16.10.2009.
