Shri M.C. Berry, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on
instructions from Shri Gurdeep Singh Bajwa, Assistant Director, O/o DPI
(Colleges), Punjab, Chandigarh, states that the bill for payment of the
admitted claim of the petitioner has been sent to the Treasury for making
payment to the petitioner and the same shall be paid to the petitioner within
one month from today.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for the
respondent, I am not inclined to proceed further in this petition.
Rule discharged.
However, the respondents shall bound by the aforesaid
assurance given before the Court.
