As
against the impugned order passed by the Mamlatdar, further appeal is
provided before the Deputy Collector under Rule 108 of the of the
Gujarat Land Revenue Code, Shri Vyas, learned advocate appearing on
behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present
petition. Permission is accordingly granted. The present petition
is dismissed as withdrawn. As and when such an appeal is preferred
the same shall be considered by the appropriate authority in
accordance with law on its own merits, without, in any way, being
influenced by the present order of withdrawal of the present
petition.
