Despite
the previous order dated 7.2.2011 and clear direction dated 9.2.2011
to show the name of learned counsel Mr.Asim Pandya for his appearance
as amicus curiae, the office does not seem to have taken
notice of that and the matter is listed today without the name of
Mr.Pandya being shown. Therefore, no one is present and Mr.Pandya is
not supposed to be aware about listing of the matter. Office needs to
enquire whether and how the orders of the Court are read and
implemented, and the officer concerned needs to reply to the Court
why the aforesaid previous orders are not taken note of. The
Registrar (Judicial) is requested to do the needful. S.O. to
22.2.2011. Name of Mr.Asim Pandya shall appear on the cause-list for
his appearance as amicus curiae.
