                                JUDGMENT

This writ petition is remaining defective as no process has been

received for issuing notice. This writ petition under Article 227 of the

Constitution was filed to issue a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P6 order

which is an order passed by the Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram in

I.A.NO.3730/2007 in O.S.No.147/2002.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit itself

has been disposed of and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
