This is correction application. After perusing the record, the order dated
27.5.2009 is hereby corrected by mentioning the date 8.12.2008 at the place
of 18.12.2008 in the second line of second paragraph, by mentioning Idrish at
place of Irshad in the third line of the same paragraph, by mentioning police
station civil lines at the place of Sahaswan and district Aligh at the place of
Badaun in the fifth and sixth lines of third paragraph and by mentioning
Judicial Magistrate, Sahaswan, District Badaun at the place of A.C.J.M. Court
No. 1, Aligarh in the last para of the order.

Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
