                          J U D G M E N T

Basant,J

The prayer in this writ petition is for issue of directions for

early disposal of O.P.No.287/08 pending before the Family

Court, Kollam. Report of the learned Judge of the Family Court

was called for. The report indicates that the matter is still at the

stage of pleadings. However, the learned Judge reported that

the matter can be disposed of within a period of six months from

25/11/2009.

2. We accept the report of the learned Judge. This writ

petition is accordingly allowed with directions to the learned

Judge to dispose of O.P.No.287/08 as expeditiously as possible,

at any rate, within a period of six months from 25/11/2009 as

undertaken by the learned Judge. Compliance shall be reported

to this court.
