-----------
02/ 13.09.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the
State.
Petitioners are the holders of the isolated Group-
A post. They have filed this writ petition for a direction to
the State- respondents to consider their case for issue of
2
special order for grant of A.C.P. benefits to the holder of
isolated Group-A post.
It is admitted by the counsel for the petitioners
that so far no special order granting A.C.P. benefits to the
holder of isolated Group-A post has been issued.
As till date no special order granting A.C.P.
benefits to the holder of isolated Group-A post has been
issued, no right, in my opinion, has accrued in favour of
the petitioners for grant of A.C.P. benefits.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Petitioners, however, shall be at liberty to
represent before the competent authority of the State
Government for issue of special order granting A.C.P.
benefits to the holder of isolated Group-A post.
