                             O R D E R

The original petition was disposed of by judgment dated

17/10/2003 directing consideration of the claim of the petitioner

for regularisation. According to the review petitioners, although

they had filed a counter affidavit in the Original Petition, without

taking note of the same, it was stated that there is no counter

affidavit in the matter.

Since as a matter of fact, counter affidavit has been filed, the

sentence recording absence of the counter affidavit is erroneous.

For that reason, the sentence “There is no counter affidavit in the

matter” occurring in the judgment will stand deleted.

This R.P. is disposed of as above.
