It is stated that petitioners’ revision is pending before Deputy Director of
Consolidation since 2006. In case such revision is pending before Deputy
Director of Consolidation, he shall decide the same expeditiously preferably
within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy
of the order passed by this Court before him.

With the aforesaid observation and direction writ petition stands disposed
of finally.
