This Writ Appeal is directed against the orders passed by the
learned Single Judge in W.P.(C).No.10000 of 2008 dated 25.3.2008.
2. The issues raised in this Writ Appeal are identical with the
issues raised and considered by a Division Bench of this Court in
W.A.No.752 of 2008, disposed of on 1.7.2008.
