This petition by the landlord is directed against concurrent orders
dismissing the suit for arrears of rent and eviction. Upon elevation of
his counsel, notices were issued to the petitioner to engage another
counsel but despite service, none has appeared to press this petition
even in the revised list.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
