Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned
Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2.The detenu, namely Dharmaraj, husband of the petitioner, has been
produced before this Court by the police. We have enquired him. Without
mincing words, he, clearly and categorically, would state that he has not been
abducted by any one and there is matrimonial dispute between him and his wife,
the petitioner. Hence, recording his above statement, we close this habeas
corpus petition.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the
matrimonial dispute may also be looked into by this Court. But, it cannot be
done so. However, the parties are at liberty to approach the Mediation and
Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, for finding a
solution to their matrimonial dispute.

4.With the above observation, the habeas corpus petition is closed
and the detenu is set at liberty.
