04. 25.08.2010 Call for report from the Special Judge,

N.D.P.S.-Cum-Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in

connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 103 of

2010 as to whether the samples of the articles

recovered in the present case has been sent for

further examination to the FSL. If it has been sent a

report shall be forwarded to this Court for purposes of

disposal of this case. The same must be submitted

within three weeks.
