Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional
Government Advocate.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that the
applicants are Devars and the deceased commited suicide and that
the husband of the deceased received burn injuries while trying to
save her. The applicants are said to be students.
Learned AGA argued that the death took place within three years
of the marriage and it is denied that the applicants are the students.
Having considered the submissions of the parties and without
expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicants-
Ali and Usman, involved in case crime No. 933 of 2009, under
sections 498-A/304-B IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act,
police station Machchli Shahar, district Jaunpur, be released on
bail on their furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in
the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
