This is an application for recalling the order passed by me on 22.4.2009.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed two weeks’ time
for filing counter affidavit to the affidavit accompanying the recall
application.

List this case on 28.1.2010.

In the meantime if any payment of salary is made pursuant to the order sought
to be recalled same shall abide with the final order which may be passed on
the recall application.
