2. 27.8.2010 It is submitted by Mr.Y.V.Giri, learned Sr.Counsel
for the petitioner, that similar matters are already pending
before this Court, in one of which being C.W.J.C.No.4439
of 2009 (M/s. Vishnu Sugar Mills Ltd. vs. The Union of
India & Ors.) the matter has been directed to be listed after
the disposal of S.L.P.No.29170 of 2008 pending before the
Supreme Court with liberty to the parties to mention the
matter after the decision of the said S.L.P.
In the above circumstances, let this matter be also
heard along with C.W.J.C.No.4439 of 2009. Parties may
mention for listing after disposal of the above S.L.P. by the
Supreme Court.
Learned counsels for the Union of India and the
Food Corporation of India are directed to file their
respective counter affidavits within four weeks from today.
