02. 18.07.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners

and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehending their arrest in

connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 168/2010 for

the offences under Sections 304B/201/34 of the

Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

The three petitioners are named accused

being in-laws of the deceased daughter of the

complainant who as stated lost her life under some

suspicious circumstance within three years of her

marriage having one male child aged about 1 ½ years.

There is general allegation against the petitioners.

Furthermore, the informant appears giving clean chit

to them by filing an application of compromise.

Considering the facts and circumstances of

the case, on the event of the informant and her

husband appearing as witnesses supporting the

contents made in the compromise petition and also

husband of the informant stood as one of the bailors,

and in the event of their arrest or surrender within a

period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners

be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of

Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection

with Barauli P.S. Case No. 168/2010, subject to

condition under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, and additional condition with respect to

petitioner no. 3 to attend the court regularly at least

for two years or till disposal of the case, whichever is

earlier and in the event of failure on two consecutive

dates, without any reasonable explanation, the

privilege granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
