05/ 20.04.2011 This M.J.C. petition has been filed with regard to non-

compliance of order dated 30.07.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18593

of 2008. Now the said writ petition is reported to be pending before

another Bench at serial no. 4570 of Group no. V.

In the said circumstances, let this M.J.C. case be

placed along with the said writ petition before the aforesaid Bench

with permission of Hon’ble the Chief Justice so that both of them

may be considered and disposed of together.
