03. 15.11.2010 The primary relief which the petitioner has sought has

already been granted to him. In addition to that, petitioner’s post retiral

dues also has been taken care of to the extent indicated in the counter

affidavit. That is another issue that petitioner has moved the High Court

on that count in a separate writ application.

In view of the above the writ application is disposed of as

having become infructuous.
