Heard
learned counsel for the parties.

Considering
the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to give
directions to the applicants-students who have just completed the
course to pay the balance amount of Rs.86,250/- on or before 15th
November, 2008 with the Registry of this Court.

So
far as the applicants-students who are in the last year and third
year of their studies are concerned, they are directed to deposit
Rs.1,00,000/-towards the remaining fees with the Registry of this
Court on or before 15th November, 2008.

Post
the matter on 17th November, 2008.
