                               JUDGMENT

Delay in considering Ext.P1 application made by the

petitioner for revision of his own timings is complained of in

this writ petition.

2. On instructions, learned Government Pleader

requests for three weeks time to consider and pass orders

on Ext.P1.

3. Accordingly I dispose of this writ petition

directing that within three weeks from today, orders on

Ext.P1 shall be passed.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment be-

fore the respondent for compliance.
