This Misc. Application under Section 482,
Cr.P.C. is filed for seeking correction in the bail
order dated 10.07.2008 passed by this Court in which
by typographical error P.S. Tibbi has wrongly been
mentioned whereas as per order dated 13.5.2008 of
Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Hanumangarh, in which Police
Station is Hanumangarh Junction.

The correction is made and Police Station,
Hanumangarh Junction is inserted and the word “Police
Station, Tibbi” is deleted.

With these modification, the misc. application
stands allowed.
