This matter was called for hearing on 11.07.2011 . The parties did not appear
before the Commission. Hence, the matter is being decided on the basis of records.
2. I have carefully gone through the order dated 6.8.2010 passed by the Appellate
Authority in para 06 whereof he has mentioned that the appellant has requested for
additional information which was not asked for in the RTI application dated 5.6.2010 and
that there is no provision to seek additional information in the law. The Appellate
Authority had also advised the appellant to apply for additional information to the CPIO.
We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the Appellate Authority. The appeal
is, therefore, dismissed.
