This is the bail application to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.
104 of 1999, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters Act, Police Station-Dudhara,
District-Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of their trial before the court
below, with further prayer that during the pendency of the present application
the applicants may be released on short term bail for the period of 3 months.

List revised. However, no one is present except learned A.G.A. it appears that
counsel for the applicants has no instruction to press the present bail
application.

Accordingly, the same is rejected.
