2. 25.07.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel appearing for the State.
The petitioner has come against order dated 11.1.2011
whereby the petitioner and others have been summoned to appear
before the court, in which cognizance has been taken for the
offence under Sections 498 (A), 406, 307 & 120 (B) of the Indian
Penal Code.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner
seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to raise all
issues at the time of framing of charge.
In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed as
withdrawn.
