is an application for condonation of delay of 249 days in filing
First Appeal.

Considering
the submissions made by both the learned advocates and considering
the averments made in this application supported by affidavit, delay
of 249 days caused in filing First Appeal is hereby condoned in the
interest of justice as sufficient cause has been shown by applicant
to the satisfaction of this Court.

Accordingly,
rule is made absolute to that extent.
