रेल मंत्री (श्री लालू प्रसाद)  :  महोदय, मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूं कि रेल के प्रयोजनार्थ वित्तीय वर्ष 2008-09 की सेवाओं के लिए भारत की संचित निधि में से कतिपय और राशियों के संदाय और विनियोग को प्राधिकृत करने वाले विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए।

MR. SPEAKER: The question is:

“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2008-09 for the purposes of Railways.”

The motion was adopted.

MR. SPEAKER: Now, Item No.31.

“कि रेल के प्रयोजनार्थ वित्तीय वर्ष 2008-09 की सेवाओं के लिए भारत की संचित निधि में से कतिपय और राशियों के संदाय और विनियोग को प्राधिकृत करने वाले विधेयक पर विचार किया जाए।”

MR. SPEAKER: The question is:

“That the Bill to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2008-09 for the purposes of Railways, be taken into consideration.”
