3. 07.07.2008 Learned counsel is right in submitting that one month’s time

was granted for filing of deficit court fee commencing from 22 nd of

June, 2008 after reopening of the Court. Prayer is made for extension

of time for further four weeks.

If the court fee is not filed within the extended time, the

memo of appeal shall stand rejected without further reference to a

Bench.
