Learend counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed a weeks further
time and no more to comply with the order of this Court dated 20.5.2010.

In case the sum of Rs.5000/- is deposited by the petitioner No. 2 in the name
of Smt. Pooja daughter of respondent No. 4 in the registry of this Court and
steps are taken by the petitioner for serving respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as
directed by the order of this Court dated 20.5.2010 within the time granted
today, the case shall be listed on 19.7.2010. On that date the corpus Smt.
Pooja petitioner No. 1 shall be produced by respondent No. 4.
