Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

that due to mistake of Advocate’s Clerk he could not appear in the

case when the case was called out.

Taking the same into consideration, restoration

application is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 45292 of 2010 is restored

to its original file.
