2/ 30/09/2011 Issue notice to O.P.No.2 as to why this

application be not admitted or disposed of at the stage of

admission itself. Requisites for notice by ordinary process

as well as under registered cover with A/D must be filed

within one week after Puja vacation failing which this

application as against O.P. No.2 shall stand rejected

without any further reference to the Bench.

Till appearance of O.P. No.2, further proceeding

pending before the court of the Sub-divisional Judicial

Magistrate, Hilsa in Complaint Case No. 858C/2010 shall

remain stayed in connection with above named petitioner.
