Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
affidavits.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed bringing on record
the circular issued by the Police department that with regard
to such employee as the petitioner prior permission has to
be taken from the Directorate.
The counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents,
which also gives a reply to the supplementary affidavit does
not dispute the said position.
In view of the aforesaid fact, the interim order dated
05.03.2009 shall continue until further orders of this Court.
Learned standing counsel prays for further time to file a
supplementary counter affidavit.
He may be granted further three weeks time to file a
supplementary counter affidavit.
