                             JUDGMENT

Though this Writ Petition was admitted on 17.12.2009 and

an interim order was also granted, the petitioner did not comply

with the conditions subject to which the order was granted. As

per order dated 25.1.2010, the time for complying with the

interim order was further extended. In spite of the above

indulgence also, the petitioner has not complied with the interim

order. In the above circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled

to any further relief in this Writ Petition. This Writ Petition is

accordingly dismissed.
