This writ appeal is filed against the orders passed by the learned Single

Judge in W.P.(C) No.522 of 2007 dated 17th July, 2007.

2. We do not find any good ground to interfere with the orders passed

by the learned Single Judge. Therefore, the writ appeal requires to be rejected

and it is rejected.
