By means of this petition the petitioners have prayed for protection of their
lives. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are major and
have married with each other on their own free will. In this regard petitioner
no.1 informed the police authorities that she has married with petitioner no.2
and thier parents were unnecessary harassing them, hence required for
protection. The petitioners are apprehending grave danger to their life and
liberty.
The S.S.P. Auraiya is directed to take steps on the application of the
petitioners and pass appropriate order on their application for the security and
safety of the petitioners immediately.
With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of finally.
