The PIO has not understood the queries properly and admits that most of the queries relate to the
Health Department of NDMC. The PIO is warned to carefully look into the queries and provide
appropriate answers and seek assistance from other officers as per Section 5(4) of the RTI Act.

Decision:

The Appeal is allowed.

The PIO is directed to ensure that the complete information is sent to the appellant
before 20 August 2010.
