The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

(i) to call for the records relating to
Exts.P1 to P3 and to issue appropriate order or direction
directing the Family Court, Kollam to dispose of
O.S.No.177 of 2000 pending before it forthwith.

In case the suit is still pending the petitioner may move the

Family Court in which case action may be taken by the Family

Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
