Pursuant to the order dated 8.6.2010 passed on Civil Misc. (Listing)
Application no.167045 of 2010, the case is listed today before the Court.
However, a perusal of the record shows that pursuant to the order dated
23.4.2010 passed on Civil Misc. Delay Condonation Application no.117472
of 2010, notices have been issued to the respondents fixing 28.7.2010. In the
circumstances, we are of the view that it will not be proper to take up the
matter prior to 28.7.2010.

List this case on 28.7.2010 when the Office will submit fresh report
regarding service of notice issued to the respondents on the aforementioned
Delay Condonation Application.
