                                   JUDGMENT

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the

respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the first

respondent to disburse to the petitioner the amount due to the petitioner

by way of Provident Fund with statutory interest from the due date till

the date of payment and also the amount due by way of Staff Welfare

Fund within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
